Trupti

This self potrait exercise was a real tough cookie simply because it was so difficult to come with that one picture that shows the world who i am. Are we the same person all the time??
in all my pictures, atleast most of them, i sport this wide smile but is that what i really am??
It's difficult to capture it all in one frame.
Coming to this picture, this is close to the person i am. i always spend most of my time pondering, sometimes it can be the most mundane thing but i keep thinking over and over it. I am always thinking even when i am talking to a person.
At the back of my mind i am indefinately processing thought. almost all times.
The blur of my hand reflects my restlessness and the need to be in constant state of motion. my outsides resonant with my insides, or atleast thats how i would connect this one moment to how as a person i am.
(P.S. uploading took a lilttle too long )

That is a very nice photograph. Very self-conscouos though. So what does go on in your mind? Is it possible to have just ONE self-portrait? - Ajay

self-conscious can i ask why u said that? when this photograph was taken i would do the normal thing of smiling into the camera but, it took too long and then i lost interest and i was on a mind trip and just then the camera caught me in a moment where the expression describes my inundated state of free thinking.

and yes i dont think it is possible to have jus one self potrait

Can it be any other way? not self-conscious?...when you are so aware of the act of being photographed. We'll try something else next week.- AJay

I really think this photo reveals a totally different side of you.
I like that you're hair is left open, free to breathe, for once!!!
Your eyes are highly expressive and draw one in, to get onto the same track, that your mind is running on!

You really look different with your hair left open...and the expresssion on ur face is still the same...
nice, but somehow, something is missing...I cannot get an insight into your mind..it is still a mystery.
